In August 2024, at 32 weeks gestation, our daughter Ruby Goldring shocked us with her arrival. Sadly, after 5 days in NICU we had to say goodbye to our perfect girl. During the worst time of our lives, the bereavement team at "The Butterfly Suite" at Southend Hospital were a lifeline for us and we knew that we wanted to do something to raise funds to help other bereaved families in the future. Therefore, a donation from all "Fly High Ruby" shorts (classic and fitted), will be made to the Butterfly Suite.

We had always planned to create a pair of shorts when Ruby arrived, similarly to when we launched “Along Came Polly” shorts when our eldest daughter Polly was born. Although we're launching these shorts in the saddest of circumstances, running, fitness and movement has kept us going during the lowest of times since losing Ruby and it warms our hearts to know that there will be runners, walkers, yogi’s and fitness go-ers out there keeping their bodies and minds happy, in her shorts, whilst also raising money for the brilliant Southend Butterfly Suite.

These shorts feature yellow, red and purple hearts with wings, as well as gold ruby rings - in memory of our Ruby Goldring <3
