The cost of international postage is a flat fee of £13.99 for orders up to £50 and £22.99 for orders over £51. We deliver to any country globally. If you have a question regarding international delivery please email us at hello@happystride.co.uk.

Dispatch

You will receive an email once your items have been dispatched. We aim to dispatch as soon as possible - usually next weekday.

Returns/exchanges

This is a personal service & we offer a zero hassle returns* and exchanges policy. Although we hope you love your happystride order, if it doesn’t fit or wasn’t what you expected then don’t worry. Please return your order within 14 days of receiving it to the below address with a note showing order number, name and postcode and let us know if you would like a return or exchange for another size (Same design). If you would like a different design or product please return and place a separate order. Please email us with any questions - hello@happystride.co.uk.

*We do not accept returns on lucky dips as per the product description.

As we are a small business, the cost of returning the item is down to you. We strongly suggest you use a recorded or tracked service. Unless faulty, the items must be in a non worn condition (apart from trying on) in original packaging – not washed or run in.
