This is a personal service & we offer a zero hassle returns* and exchanges policy. Although we hope you love your happystride order, if it doesn’t fit or wasn’t what you expected then don’t worry. Please return your order within 14 days of receiving it to the below address with a note showing order number, name and postcode and let us know if you would like a return or exchange for another size (Same design). As we are a small business, the cost of returning the item is down to you. We strongly suggest you use a recorded or tracked service. Unless faulty, the items must be in a non worn condition (apart from trying on) in original packaging – not washed or run in.
