In our second episode Pete & Sam chat to the brilliant runner Steph Migs @runwithmigs. We were delighted to host such a brilliant runner, with PB's of 5k (18.06), 10k (36.45), HM (1.24.52) and marathon (2.59.52) on the podcast. Having recently given birth to little boy Freddie she is now faced with juggling the challenges of being a busy mum as well as trying to fit in her training alongside partner (also a running coach, Paul).
Steph opens up about running postpartum, how running helps her happy hormones, what it's like to have a running coash as her partner... and much more!
